Members of the BWRA will choose a winner and runner-up using the following criteria:

Horticultural Excellence – plant health and quality, variety and diversity of plants, and use of colour.
Design and Creativity – effective use of space and layout, creativity, and originality.
Environmental Responsibility – sustainable practices, wildlife friendly features.
Maintenance and Cleanliness – General tidiness and neatness, regular maintenance, and care.
Addition Features – use of garden features and structures.
Seasonal Appeal – planning for year-round interest

Entries must be received by the 24th of August.

We all want to celebrate the wonderful gardens and gardeners in Bricket Wood so please (please) nominate someone.

Notes:

If it’s not your garden you must have the owner’s permission to enter.
If you would like us to arrange for the photos to be taken, please let us know.
The winner for Bricket Wood will be put forward to represent the village at the Parish in Bloom Final. This will be judged by St Stephen Parish Councillors. The overall winner awarded for Best front Garden will be announced at next year’s Annual Parish Council meeting in May.
