Rail Freight Interchange, Park Street: 14 July 2014 Secretary of State Allows Development

Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, Eric Pickles has granted outline planning permission for the construction of a major rail freight interchange in Park Street, three years after a previous decision by the Secretary of State to refuse permission was quashed by the High Court.15 Jul 2014.
