The Planning Inspector considered the Appeal by the BRE against St Albans Council refusal of the BRE planning application, and recommended to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government that the Appeal be allowed.
The Secretary of State for Communities has agreed with the Planning Inspector's recommendations and allowed the Appeal by the BRE, subject to specified conditions recommended by the Planning Inspector.
