Road Improvements for St Albans City & District up to 2015/16

The St Albans Highways Joint Member panel, at a meeting held on 6th April, considered the final draft of the Hertfordshire Highways Integrated Work 

Program (IWP) for the period 2011/12. The draft IWP for 2012/13, the Forward Works Program (FWP) up to 2015/16 and 'Grass Verge' management enforcement procedures were also discussed.
