Bricket Wood Fencing Application

St Albans District Council have now applied to the Secretary of State to fence part of the Common under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006, following the re-introduction of grazing public consultation in 2008 and the subsequent approval by the Bricket Wood Joint Management Committee to apply for fencing of Common land.

A copy of the application form and map showing the proposed works can be inspected at St Albans City and District Council between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm weekdays (not public holidays) until the 18th of January 2011. Any objections or representations about the proposal should be sent in writing ON or BEFORE that date to the Planning Inspectorate at Room 4/05, Kite Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN by the closing date specified in the notice.
