The judge presiding over the high court hearing, held this week as a result of the appeal by Helioslough against the decision made by the Secretary of State for communities and Local Government to refuse the proposed Railfreight terminal on the site of the old Radlett Aerodrome, has ruled in favour of Helioslough.  The Secretary of State is to revisit the proposals and along with St Albans District Council has until July 11th to appeal against this ruling.
